Medical Transcription was imparted an extensive and rigorous training both
theoretically and practically regardless of the academic background. Our
training not only aims to equip the candidates with on-job skills, but also
acquaints them with corporate values and practices in its broadest sense.
Medical Transcription
considered to be one of the most exacting professions requires a carefully
structured training program which eventually reflects on productivity and
quality of work delivered, inasmuch, our training program not only covers
medical vocabulary and the essence of Human anatomy, but also is
information-rich with industry-proven best practices and client-specific
adaptability techniques and needless to say conforming to AAMT standards. This
forms the basis of attaining quicker comprehension skills in Medical jargons
and thereby sensible transcription and consistent accuracy. The training would
also lay emphasis on developing English language and keyboard skills alike.
Currently we have
500 in-house and approximately 550 HomeTrans professionals of
various levels of competency. At any stage there would be around 50 being
trained to be ready for production at our school of Medical Transcription. They
are competent and resourceful enough to handle reports of any specialty, of any
dialects with ease and confidence, not to mention, with demanding level of
accuracy.
Currently M-Squared has
two turnkey facilities, one in Trivandrum and another in Cochin besides, our
HomeTrans centers throughout the country. These state of art facilities are
equipped with the best available and conducive-to-the-purpose resources, both
aesthetically and technically.
The most salient aspect
of our operation has been our indigenous software's that integrates and
coordinates the entire processes involved in file movement and management back
and forth. Our solutions also enable both multimode work-delivery and,
multimode work-review systems.

Our school of Medical
Transcription is set up with a long-term vision of ensuring a steady supply of
proportional resources both in terms of workforce and skills consistent with
the most stringent industry standards.
The aspirants need not
possess any prior Medical Knowledge to be enrolled to the program. However,
the job entails he/she to have reasonable proficiency in English Language along
with fair listening comprehension skills and keyboard skills. You are required
to go through a hearing acuity test, the topic of which will be generic in
nature.
In the present world of
information technology revolution, a formal work set-up is not the
whole-and-sole of tapping opportunities both in perspective of a prospective
employer and an employee. We boast of attaining a radical change to this where,
work is disseminated to prospective aspirants regardless of distance and
